LACHLAN ANTHONY

Hi, I’m Lachlan, a registered psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Melbourne. My approach is non-pathologising, compassionate and inclusive, and grounded in my care and authentic interest in my client’s lives.

I integrate some of the most widely used and evidence-based therapeutic frameworks (e.g. CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR) to support clients who are navigating all types of challenges, including trauma-related distress, grief and loss, relational difficulties, depression, and anxiety.
