Psychology services in native english, wherever you are
We all experience mental health difficulties at some time in our lives and living abroad can often add to these challenges.
My approach integrates some of the most widely used and evidence-based therapeutic frameworks (e.g., CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and EMDR) to support clients to identify their unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, explore the origins of these patterns, and develop a treatment plan to reduce suffering and live life in a more meaningful and satisfying way.

Insurance coverage can vary depending on the specific insurance plan, country, and provider. Some insurance plans may offer partial or full coverage for therapy. If you're considering using your private health insurance for, it's best to contact your provider directly. I may be able to provide supporting documentation, such as therapy progress reports or specific diagnoses, where applicable.

Therapy is a commitment of both your time and mine and so I ask that any changes be made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Changes cannot be made within 24 hours and are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment fee. Of course, there will be some occasions where it is not possible to give 24 hours notice and these situations are always treated with compassion & understanding.
